New PC Setup Offerings

Basic Setup - We will unpack your new PC and connect all of the hardware components such as monitor, speakers, mouse, keyboard and printer.  We will power up the system and complete any new PC software setup and registrations.  Our setup includes  instructions for the new owner on how to start and stop the PC and basic PC navigation assistance.  This package assumes that you are a knowledgeable PC user and just want the PC hardware working and do not require any additional setup such as internet connection, email or file transfers from another PC. $69

Basic Setup w/Internet - Includes everything in the Basic Setup plus:  We will setup your internet connection, configure your email settings, set proper internet security settings to protect your PC and transfer Bookmarks/Favorites and Address Book from your old PC. $89

Advanced Setup w/Instruction - Includes everything in the Basic Setup w/Internet plus we will transfer up to 2GB of documents or files from an old PC.  We will provide up to one hour of personal instruction on using and maintaining the new PC.  $129

Internet & Security Setup Only - No hardware setup, just setup your internet connection, configure your email settings, set proper internet security settings to protect your PC and transfer Bookmarks/Favorites and Address Book from your old PC. This service assumes that you have already correctly connected all of the hardware components yourself.  $69

PC Tutoring - We will work with you to create your own personal training agenda. Each session will last at least two hours. You will get one-on-one tutoring with exactly those personal computer topics that you need help with.  Great for a new PC owner. $49
