SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Nobody wants to be hurt on the job.  It is the duty of all employees to see to it that their work areas are free from safety hazards. Any employee who observes a situation that constitutes a danger or hazard must report the problem to management immediately. 

Only authorized employees are permitted to operate any PHK CPA equipment or motor vehicles. Authorization to operate these equipment or vehicles will be granted by managment only after training in the operation of the equipment or vehicles has been successfully completed and a demonstration of competence is shown by the employee.
